QUICK SURVEY FOR FAMILIES AFFECTED BY SPINAL MUSCULAR ATROPHY
Take Part in a Special Research Project

C Space is seeking individuals who currently care for a family member with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) to participate in a research project sponsored by a pharmaceutical company. The goal of the research is to help the sponsoring company learn more about the experiences of individuals caring for a family member with SMA. These learnings will inform their planning for distributing new SMA therapies and building awareness of new SMA therapy options among families and physicians caring for individuals with SMA.

Your voice is powerful – simply by participating in this brief survey, you’ll increase our understanding of your experiences, challenges and unmet needs, which is essential for developing better resources for families affected by SMA.
